Is Traveling to Tanzania on Your Bucket List?
The Republic of Tanzania is a country located in East Africa with Kenya and Uganda on the north, Zambia, Mozambique and Malawi on the south, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo on the west, and the Indian Ocean on its eastern border.
This magnificent country is steeped in rich history since it’s considered one the of the oldest inhabited places on the earth.
People from all over the world travel here to experience:
- Mount Kilimanjaro – the highest peak in Africa
- The Serengeti National Park
- Gombe National Park
- This is where Jane Goodall studied the behavior of the chimpanzee
- Lake Victoria
- Amazing wildlife which includes, the white bearded wildebeests, lions, zebra, hippos, elephants and one of the largest breeding grounds for flamingos..
A special treat…
On one of my last visits there in October of 2011, as we traveled through the Northern Serengeti, we were privileged to see part of the great migration of wildebeests as they crossed the Mara River, it was an amazing sight.
We were also able to visit the Ngorongoro Crater, an extinct volcano that 25 million years ago collapsed in on itself, forming a huge crater that is home to a large concentration of animal life. It is so beautiful that it’s often called “The Garden of Eden”.
Our safaris are first class with first class comfort; our vehicles feature comfortable seats, we have delicious foods and great sleeping accommodations whether in a luxury tent or in an inn.
This is the experience of a lifetime. Life should be a safari – join us for the one that is most exciting for you.
